Two Generations. One Story. Many Layers.
Found in Layers Collective began during a season of change. After spending years building a career and suddenly finding myself at a crossroads, I wanted to create something meaningful with my daughter—something that allowed us to build, create, learn, and grow together as a family. She brought her own creative perspective as a wife, mom, and beauty professional, and together we realized that although we are in two completely different stages of life, our love of style often leads us to the very same closet. We may choose the same piece, but we each wear it in our own way.
That became the heart of Found in Layers Collective: two generations, one closet, and no age limit on style. We wanted to create a shop where different generations could find pieces they love without feeling like they had to shop according to an age label. The name grew from that same idea. Found represents discovering those special pieces worth finding. Layers represents not only the way we layer clothing, but the many layers, seasons, roles, and stories that make us who we are. And Collective represents something bigger than a boutique—a gathering of people, style, stories, inspiration, and connection.
Our hope is to build Found in Layers Collective alongside the people who shop with us. We want this to be an inclusive community where everyone can feel seen, confident, and inspired—no matter their age, stage of life, or personal style. A place where we can shop, share, learn, and grow together. We're still learning and building too, and that's part of the beauty of it. This is a family journey, a community in the making, and a reminder that style has layers—and so do we.
